These Terms of Use govern participation in the Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) Training Program provided by LabCheck Diagnostics LLC.

By enrolling in this course, participants agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Course Enrollment

Enrollment in this training program grants the participant individual access to course materials, modules, and instructional resources provided through the LabCheck Diagnostics training platform.

Course access is provided for 30 days from the date of enrollment, during which participants must complete all course requirements.

Access to course materials may not be shared, transferred, or distributed to other individuals.

Certification Requirements

Certification as a Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) is issued only after successful completion of all required training components, including:

• Completion of all course modules
• Passing the final course examination
• Completion of the Alcovisor Mercury Proficiency Training
• Successful completion of seven (7) instructor-observed mock proficiency demonstrations
• Demonstration of proper DOT breath alcohol testing procedures

Certificates will only be issued after all training requirements have been verified by the instructor.

Automatic certification is not provided.

Course Content & Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, instructional resources, videos, documents, and assessments are the intellectual property of LabCheck Diagnostics LLC.

Participants may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
• Share course login credentials
• Record or distribute course content without written permission
• Use course materials to create or teach competing training programs

Unauthorized distribution of course materials may result in termination of course access without refund.

Compliance Disclaimer

This training is conducted in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40 guidelines.

Participants are responsible for maintaining compliance with all current DOT regulations, updates, and refresher training requirements.

Completion of this course does not replace regulatory obligations required by employers or federal agencies.

Course Access and Conduct

LabCheck Diagnostics LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate course access if a participant:

• Violates these Terms of Use
• Shares course access credentials
• Engages in misuse of training materials

Refund Policy

All course purchases are non-transferable. Refund eligibility, if offered, will be determined according to the LabCheck Diagnostics course refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

LabCheck Diagnostics LLC is not responsible for employment decisions, regulatory compliance decisions, or certification requirements imposed by employers, government agencies, or regulatory authorities.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their training meets the requirements of their employer or regulatory program.
